Everything good, the staff very professional and nice, hotel position is OK, but the restroom is very little!

Hotel Stay at Golden Tulip at Paulista Plaza
There were too things that were an inconvenience. The first is that there was no clock in the hotel room and it was difficult to know what time it was. The second, is that there should be an option to order internet for multiple days. It was a hassle to every day request more internet access.

Sound protection is poor
Facilities, equipments are getting old.
All the time, all stay, TV quality was very poor.
Also sounds from above and next room leaks very
loudly. It may be a time to switch the hotel when staying in Sap Paulo.
One more critical issue: Internet Connection is very poor. Inconvenient log in procedure. Too expensive. Facilities, equipments are getting old.

Some of your service people were great with me.
I've been to your hotel several times in the past. I went this week, after a few years blackout. Although the hotel is the same, quality has lowered quite a lot. I did not have a glass in my room to drink water or so. Not even at the bathroom for my teeth. I ordered it the first day. Nobody brought it to me. I had to order it the second day. They brought it to me. No glass the third day. There was no fax machine anymore (yes, a bit old fashioned) but free wifi internet would be a great compensation for a business oriented hotel. No coffee maker in my room, although available in other rooms. My room service was at the aisle in my door 24 hours after I took it, etc. I recommended your hotel to a friend.Bad experience to her too. A pity. I've been to your hotel several times in the past. Wi-fi
The very poor, slow (and expensive) wi-fi connection was variously blamed on my laptop, the 'ports' on the floor my room occupied, 'we are currently experiencing problems with the internet today, server problems and just about everything else that could be thought of as an excuse.

For the Business traveler
A friendly and professional atmosphere for doing business, that is what can sum up the Golden Tulip Paulista Plaza Hotel. I have stayed there 4 times now on my business trips to Sao Paulo and the it is the good value and professionalism of the hotel staff that keeps me choosing this hotel. The rooms are basic but the beds are comfortable to sleep in after long days of meetings and long evenings of business entertaining.
The breakfast buffet is excellent with a wide selection of traditional breakfast items and the freshest locally grown fresh fruit. There is also a Breakfast bar of Japanese food. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day the buffet at the Paulista Plaza helps you "power-up" not matter your nationality. A friendly and professional atmosphere for doing business, that is what can sum up the Golden Tulip Paulista Plaza Hotel.
